About Me

Hi, I'm Jo, a Leadership Development professional with over 25 years of experience in developing people, teams, and organisations.  I have worked across a range of sectors including public, private, utility, and Higher Education.  I have worked with people of all backgrounds, academics, surveyors, engineers, managers, and leaders of all levels.   I have built a depth of understanding of different cultures and the organisational challenges faced by them.

I am a Level 7 qualified psychological coach.  My training gives me a diverse and pragmatic coaching tool kit to suit a broad range of coaching needs and preferences.  Clients tell me my approach is both reflective and challenging, I work with you to unpick unhelpful patterns of behaviour and identify barriers to personal and organisational change.  Those who work with me can expect to learn much about themselves and the impact they have at work in an exploratory, non-judgmental environment.
